Do I need to know how to code?
No, at no point. You answer a questionnaire and fill in forms, exactly like on a social network. If you can post a photo on Instagram, you can use Web 213.
How do my customers pay?
On delivery, by default: the customer orders, then pays the courier. That is what Algerians expect, and it is what makes orders go through. You can add transfer or BaridiMob if you want.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Your dashboard locks and your store pauses, but nothing is deleted: products, orders, customers are all waiting for you. Upload your payment proof and access reopens once it is approved.
How is the subscription paid?
You pay by BaridiMob or at a CCP counter, then upload a photo of the receipt from your account. We check it by hand and activate your store, usually within 24 hours.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, from the Growth plan. You start on a .web213-dz.com address, then connect your domain whenever you like, without losing products or orders.
Can I change plan later?
At any time, in either direction. Move up when your sales justify it, move back down when the season is quiet.
